Orders & documentation

Arrange AUS40 supply with the packaging, document set and delivery responsibilities agreed before dispatch. Confirm the purchasing company and any instructions for delivery on its behalf.

  • Share the purchase quantity, delivery port and required format.
  • Confirm the invoicing party, consignee and documentation instructions.
  • For repeat orders, discuss expected volumes and port-call frequency.

Recurring and multi-vessel supply

Plan supply around the fleet’s approved SCR requirements and actual consumption. Provide a vessel schedule and a single procurement contact so technical, commercial and local-agent details can be reviewed together.

  • Confirm the OEM-specified urea concentration before ordering.
  • Use onboard stock and the dosing plan to size the requirement.
  • Review the batch CoA, MSDS and agreed delivery terms.

Port-call coordination

Coordinate the local handover: terminal or anchorage, ETA/ETB/ETD with time zone, entry requirements and the vessel’s receiving arrangements. A port listing is not confirmation of access or a delivery slot.

See the port-call checklist for the information needed to assess a call.

Supply beyond India

PROTICKS manufactures in India, and Indian ports are where supply is most established, but requirements are not limited to them. International port calls and cross-border requirements are reviewed individually against product availability, documentation and local delivery arrangements. Send the country, port and vessel details and we will confirm what can be arranged.

One coordinated enquiry

Send the vessel, port, quantity and timing with the relevant company contacts. We review availability and access, then confirm the proposed supply arrangement and commercial offer. An enquiry is not an order confirmation.

Review the order process or find your Indian port.
