From enquiry to delivery
Send the requirement
Share company and contact details, vessel, port, quantity, format and the expected port-call window.
Review the supply plan
We assess availability, port access and transfer arrangements. Confirm the delivery party, responsibilities, charges and timing in the written quotation.
Approve documents & terms
Confirm the purchase order and commercial terms. Check the batch Certificate of Analysis and MSDS issued with the delivery against the vessel’s requirement.
Coordinate dispatch
Mobilisation follows the agreed plan and required permissions. Keep the agent and vessel contacts available for schedule changes.
Receive & record
Check the batch identity and delivered quantity, complete the agreed handover record and retain the supply documents.
What determines the quotation?
Quantity, packaging, location, delivery method, access requirements and the call window affect the offer. Repeat-supply or fleet arrangements can be discussed; no price or stock position is confirmed by this website.
Before you send the enquiry
Calculate a planning quantity using your OEM or onboard dosing rate. Then check the port-call details. If some details are not yet known, say so and send the information available.
Common questions
How do I order AUS40?
Send the company and contact details, vessel, port and terminal, quantity, format and the expected call window. Availability, port access and the transfer arrangement are then reviewed and confirmed in a written quotation before anything is committed.
Is my enquiry an order?
No. An enquiry starts the review. Supply, timing and commercial terms are confirmed in writing before dispatch, so nothing is committed until you have that confirmation.
What determines the price of a supply?
Quantity, packaging, location, delivery method, access requirements and the call window. Repeat-supply and fleet arrangements can be discussed separately; no price or stock position is confirmed by this website.
What if I do not know the quantity yet?
Send the enquiry anyway with the vessel, port and call window. The quantity can be worked through with your dosing figures; an incomplete enquiry sent early is more useful than a complete one sent late.
