PROTICKS holds ISO 18611 certification for AUS40. Certification covers the product against the standard’s requirements; it does not certify a vessel, engine or SCR installation. Check the offered batch’s Certificate of Analysis against your OEM specification before approval.
What to check on the Certificate of Analysis
- Batch number matching the delivery note and packaging.
- Product identification, test date, laboratory or issuer, and applicable specification.
- Measured concentration and the other required quality parameters, including impurities.
- Acceptance limits and results in consistent units; request clarification for missing tests or unclear conformance statements.
Request the current document set
Ask for a sample CoA, the current MSDS and the product data sheet with the quotation. The batch CoA is issued with the delivery, because it reports the batch you actually receive. PROTICKS AUS40 is ISO 18611 certified and meets the requirements of IS 17661 (Part 1):2022, the Indian Standard for AUS40; read what IS 17661 covers. If your specification names an OEM approval, include that requirement for confirmation.
Shelf life, storage conditions and any batch-specific limits must come from the current supplier documentation. Generic website values should not replace that information.
Choose the correct reagent
Use the concentration specified by the engine/SCR manufacturer. AUS32 and AUS40 are different formulations; do not substitute one for the other without OEM approval. Compare AUS32 and AUS40.
