AUS40 supply at Hazira
Hazira, near Surat, is a cluster of separately operated multi-user and captive terminals serving steel, LNG and general cargo interests. Several distinct facilities share the Hazira name.
Provide the actual terminal, berth and receiving details. Confirm vehicle access and any restrictions on stores transfer while other operations are in progress.
What decides feasibility at Hazira
The place name alone identifies almost nothing operationally. A captive terminal serving an industrial plant and a multi-user cargo berth have different owners, different gate procedures and different rules on third-party vehicles, so the enquiry has to name the actual facility before anything can be assessed.
Confirm these before the enquiry:
- The exact terminal or jetty and the party that operates it.
- Whether the facility is multi-user or captive to an industrial plant.
- Third-party vehicle access rules for that facility.
- The berth and the expected working window.
Berth-side or barge delivery
PROTICKS provides barge delivery where berth or jetty-side supply is not accessible, subject to a suitable craft, port and terminal permission, vessel acceptance and weather.
Identify the Hazira operator and facility before choosing road or barge delivery. Adani Hazira’s published booklet requires authorization for stores deliveries and controls portable electrical equipment; it does not establish permission at a separate LNG facility.
For this call: Actual terminal and receiving berth; current stores-delivery authorization; accepted pump equipment and any simultaneous-operation restriction.
Neither an electric pump nor a fuel-engine pump is automatically permitted in a sensitive area. Confirm the terminal-approved equipment before dispatch. Barge delivery does not bypass cargo-operation or safety restrictions.

Planning the notice period
Name the facility in the first message. Until that is known, nothing about access, timing or notice can be answered.

Send the vessel requirement
- Vessel name and IMO number if available.
- Port, terminal, berth or anchorage position.
- ETA, ETB and ETD with date and time zone.
- Quantity, preferred format and usable receiving capacity.
- Local agent, company contact, documentation requirements, and whether you want PROTICKS to carry out the transfer.
Packaging & transfer
Choose 210 L drums, 1,000 L IBCs or an agreed bulk / ISO tank arrangement. Packaging does not determine the delivery route: road, barge or boat access must be assessed separately. Ask for pump kit, hoses, couplings, calibrated flow meter and personnel if needed, subject to terminal and vessel acceptance.
Product & paperwork
PROTICKS AUS40 is ISO 18611 certified and meets the requirements of IS 17661 (Part 1):2022. Check whether the vessel is specified for AUS40 or AUS32, then check the batch Certificate of Analysis and current MSDS before approving supply. Product-document checklist.
Hazira: common questions
Why do you need the terminal name at Hazira?
Because Hazira is several separate facilities under one name. Each has its own operator and its own access rules, so a delivery that is straightforward at one may not be permitted at another. Without the facility name there is nothing concrete to assess.
Can a road tanker reach the berth at Hazira?
It depends entirely on the facility and the vehicle standard it requires. Some terminals here impose industrial site rules on third-party vehicles. Send the terminal name and we will check what is workable.
Is Hazira the same as Surat port?
They are commonly associated because Hazira lies near Surat, but the operating facilities are the Hazira terminals. Use the terminal name from the vessel call instructions, not the city name.
