HOW SCR WORKS WITH AUS 40

AUS 40 is injected into the exhaust stream ahead of the SCR catalyst. Urea decomposes into ammonia (NH₃) which reacts with NOx to form harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O), achieving up to 95% NOx reduction and IMO Tier III compliance.

How is AUS 40 different from AdBlue?
AUS 40 contains 40% urea concentration versus AdBlue's 32.5%. This higher concentration is engineered for large marine diesel engines where storage space is limited and SCR systems need greater reagent density to achieve IMO Tier III NOx targets.
Do you provide ISO 18611 CoA with every delivery?
Yes. Every batch is tested against ISO 18611 Parts 1–3 and IS 17661 (Part 1):2022 quality requirements. A full Certificate of Analysis and MSDS is provided with every delivery, ensuring seamless port authority inspection and crew safety compliance.
Which ports do you serve for bulk bunkering?
We provide priority bulk delivery to Mundra (APSEZ), Kandla (Deendayal), Pipavav (SVPI), Dahej, and Hazira from our Jamnagar headquarters. Logistics to other Indian ports arranged on request.
What is the shelf life and storage requirement?
